ITS Service Desk Assistant

Cloud Security & Forensic Orchestrator (AWS/Python)
Engineered a serverless SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tool using Python and AWS Lambda to auto-remediate S3 bucket vulnerabilities. Developed a forensic data pipeline using EventBridge and CloudTrail to extract attacker metadata. Integrated a live REST API for geographic data enrichment and deployed a responsive monitoring dashboard via CloudFront and S3, utilizing API Gateway to fetch real-time logs from DynamoDB.
Enterprise Network Design & Segmentation
Designed a multi-site network topology featuring segmented VLANs to isolate departmental traffic (HR, IT, Guest), mirroring enterprise-level communication structures. Configured OSPF for dynamic routing between sites and implemented Access Control Lists (ACLs) to filter traffic and harden network edge defenses.
Workstation Deployment & Automation
